I absolutely loved this dress! So much fun for my sister-in-law’s insane 40th birthday party in Laguna Beach! This dress in winter saved me. I was the only sexy warm one. I loved the silk dress. It fit fantastic, felt great, and the short length paired perfect with boots!

Equipment dresses are the best. Great silhouette, length, worn at night during Spring but could easily be worn with tights or during colder months with tall boots. Rolling up the cuff sleeves really made a difference to elevate the style. (Sleeves not cuffed in this photo)

I would’ve given this 5 stars if it didn’t wrinkle/crease so easily. I steamed it before wearing it but it creased during my commute. I got a ton of compliments though! I decided to add the belt because it was a touch big but tight in the arms.

I love the shift silhouette and this one fit the bill! I was looking for an outfit that I could comfortably present in at work and move my arms around, not have to suck in and not be too hot. Pros: This silky material is so thin but isn’t see through, not clingy and barely wrinkles. The length was perfect and I love the high neck! Cons: I had to deal with the sleeves by cuffing them and had to wear a jacket. It fits kinda tight around the butt and hips not to show your shape but more like just a tight fit right there. Zero stretch. I tried it on in Chicago and it was impossibly staticky and clingy but wore it in Santa Barbara where it didn’t touch me at all. And was perfect. So happy I could make it work, but the sleeve length is definitely wonky.

This style needs to be loose and fłowy to be flattering. Unfortunately it was so staticy it was impossible, despite a ton of spray. Skinny girls should go for it.

I love this dress, Ive rented it a few times and I think I need to just buy it, because its a problem solver.. Its one of those great dresses that you can put on at the last minute when nothing else is working and you want to look like you are put together. Its comfortable, gorgeous and easy to style for day or night. I think it would be easy to wear in winter or warmer months as well.. I wore it to work and to a family dinner, but I think its nice enough for more formal wear as well. Lots of compliments too!

I sized up because of the reviews and it was way too large in the shoulders and arms. A medium would have been perfect

Really wanted this to be a loose ish fitting silk dress. I expected to have to wear shapewear but even that wouldn’t make this look ok. I’m 14-16 and the XL didn’t fit.

I rented the size M and it was a bit thigh on the shoulders. Then I rented the L and I am in love. Its so silky and comfortable. The long sleeves are no problem on a hot Summer day due to the fabric.

Shifts rarely are for pear shapes...I know... but wanted to try this one for the understated colors, yet beautiful fabric and print. Wish it had worked.

BUT it was beautiful. If it's avaialbe I'll order XL

Fabric is very thin, but felt great. Great fit on top which is usually my issue, but it was too tight around hips belly so that sitting it rode up way too much. Great at a standing only cocktail party post work!

Beautiful silk and pattern, but I couldn't help feeling that this dress needed a little something else. Maybe it's because the shoulders were a bit big on me that I thought that shoulder pads to create a strong shape would really elevate this dress. The dress is pretty, just not statement-making. I'm an hourglass and there was juuuust enough room for my hips.

I'm tall and this dress was too short for me.

This dress was falling apart. The hem was half down and it looked like it was not sewn together well. Basically just a piece of this fabric with arms.

Beautiful dress. But got the xl my normal size and couldn’t even get over my hips.

Loose in some areas tighter in others. Thought this would be a typically shift dress shape that doesn’t cling but the overall fit was odd.

The chest and belly were huge but hips were very tight, awkward fit

The fit was fine but in person the color just really was not flattering with pale skin. It was more of a greeny-gold color
