Well fitted didn't fall down. Great length. Heels not to high at all. 

This dress hit me in all the right places. I received SO many compliments, too!

This dress was very flattering and I got a ton of compliments.

Make a note that the slit is high ( mainly a challenge when sitting) and the top shows a decent amount  of cleavage and requires creative taping of boobs, but it was worth it. I wore it to a black tie wedding reception. The high slit actually came in handy for dancing and maneuvering, because the bodice and hips are very fitted which adds to the flattering look.

This dress was absolutely perfect for my party! The fit was flawless, and I received countless compliments all night long. I felt confident, elegant, and comfortable. 


The fit was just right. I kept thinking it was a bit too big and slipping but every time I checked it was just right. I loved the colors and sparkle, and there were many compliments. I did change later because it got cold.

I wore this to a black tie event. I normally wear a size 12 and the XL fit perfectly. The dress is more gorgeous in person. I got so many compliments. 

Definitely size up! I’m normally 6-8 and I wore the medium which is 8-10, so I was glad for the back up! Top fit well and wasn’t to low cut which I was nervous about, but felt comfortable! High slit just a warning! Felt great but a bit difficult to sit in. Overall just a beautiful dress!! Felt like a queen at the formal wedding I wore it too!

Wore this dress to a black tie wedding. Dress is gorgeous and comfortable. I have a small chest, so the bust area was a little big but I added cutlets to fill it out a little. I’m 5’1 so the length was just fine with heals. Would recommend. 

I’m curvy, usually I wear a 12 or 14 but I read reviews from other curvy women and ordered the Xl and XXL. I ended up wearing the Xxl. The xl would not zip right at the rib cage. There is not a lot of difference between the dresses imo. 

I did wear push up foam bra liners to fill out the top. 

I was really happy with the look and got a lot of compliments. As others said this is a bold sexy look especially if you are curvy. 

I’m 5’2” and was worried about the length, but was pleasantly surprised. I wore a low heel and it was the perfect length. I was able to wear flats later and it was still reasonable to walk. I did want to not it would have been very tricky to hem it with tape as it’s a double layer at the bottom and not all the same length.

True to size. I typically wear size 6-8 and the medium was perfect. Held my curves in all the right places. Fabric has a little stretch so I was comfortable all night. Not itchy at all! Just perfect!!!!

I thought I might fit into the medium but large was perfect, I tend to have a larger rib cage so glad I had the large as a backup size. Wore this for our first fire fighter ball and was worried it would be too fancy but I felt like I just had to own it and I got so many compliments. Last time I felt this beautiful was at my wedding. Wore a 3” heel and it was perfect. Loved how snug I felt in it and my husband couldn’t keep his eyes off me! 

Just the right amount of dressy, definitely gives a gala look. It ran a bit small on me, but I was able to fit into it. Not sure if it’s actually small or if it just feels that way because it’s my first time wearing this kind of dress.

I ended up taking a pair of black spandex, shorts and cutting the legs off the bottom and using it as a tube top because the V cut in the front of the dress was way too revealing

It was snug but perfect. I felt comfortable and received many compliments. I wore this for a formal gala event and everyone loved it! 

This fit like a glove and I got so many compliments! That said, it was super tight with no give, but the medium was too big. 

Really liked the boning. It was comfortable enough to sit in and I didn’t need to wear shapewear underneath. That said, I’m not sure it would’ve zipped up if I added any!

I wore this to the symphony on New Years Eve, and I have never received so many compliments! I actually got a bit overwhelmed by it. It’s a gorgeous dress and the pictures really don’t do it justice. Rent it now! 

I received like soooo many compliments throughout the night. It was gorgeous. 

This dress is perfect for a fun yet formal event. I had to raise it a bit to sit comfortably but that didn’t take away from how well tailored the dress is. 

I was initially skeptical about renting this dress because I was afraid that the top of the dress would be awkward since it's a deep v-cut that does not allow for a bra. However, it fit very well and everything stayed in place as I danced the night away at a creative black-tie gala. My only issue was that the dress was too long since I'm short.

Loved this dress! Like many other reviews, if you have more of a pear shape or larger lower half, its definitely gonna be snug. I am glad I got the medium as the small would not zip! The top is also good for small breasted ladies. 

Wore this to a wedding in FL in February. It fit very well and was great quality fabric. The fabric was not too thick/hot. The dress had just enough give to stretch where needed around the hips but structurally held up on top. I have a small bust and did wear a strapless bra but you could get away with not wearing one. When first ordered the dress and extra size came early which was great bc there was damage at the top of the thigh slit on the size that fit me. I was able to get replacement dresses overnight and in time before I had to fly out. It does look like that dress gets damages in that specific area often bc the replacement dress looks like it had been repaired in the same spot (top of slit) as the original order. It's not noticeable due to the color and way the fabric lays so you'd really have to be looking.  The swap was so easy and quick and the return of the dresses is convenient as well.  Overall I really loved this dress and got loads of compliments all night.  I would recommend RTR to anyone and will be using again for formal events. 

I made the joke that I felt as sexy as Jessica Rabbit in this dress. (Only a few people may get the reference.)

This dress was lovely and I received so many complements on it, at a black tie wedding. It fit perfectly except for the fact that it was long (which was expected given my height). Fits true to size.

Didn’t need a bra or any shapewear underneath. 

I wanted to wear this so badly, but went with my other look because of the cleavage. I worked NYE and as a craps dealer I didn’t think there was enough tape in the world to keep my nips in lol. So I went with a much more modest dress. It fit great though, I’ve been losing weight and the xxl fit great, the length was perfect for flats. 

Dress was perfect for the  New Years Eve gala we attended.   I received so many compliments!!  It fit perfectly on top and I danced the night away with everything staying in place.  I usually wear a 6 but went with the medium for this.

This dress was perfect for a fundraising gala I attended. I got a medium and large, and the medium fit like a glove. I used a little fashion tape for the top, just in case, and didn't have any issues. I felt stunning the whole night

I felt and looked amazing in this dress! The structure and support was perfect. The dress color was stunning and the slit was just right. Tons of compliments! Definitely a winner. 

The bust was slightly too big, but going smaller would have made it uncomfortable to sit, so I'm happy with the size I went with. I got compliments all night and it was so comfortable. 

I wore this for a Moulin Rouge themed gala and absolutely loved it! Fit like a glove, sexy, fun and glamorous. 

The textures of velvet and subtle sequins, the perfect evening gown length, the snatched shape - this dress was a sexy option for any black tie event. I ordered the S and M, and though I usually wear a medium I opted for the small because it held the girls better. Personally, there were times I felt like it may have been a little TOO revealing with D's and might look classier on a smaller chest. But thats subjective! Overall was a win - lovely and special fall/holiday dress that definitely turns some heads !

This dress was great, and I’m glad I got the larger backup size. I wore a medium. You’ll need a decent heel if you’re around 5’7”. Also, depending on the state of your affairs, some creative boob taping will keep the deep cut flattering. 

Got a ton of compliments on the dress! It is fitted in all the right ways but not so fitted that it's uncomfortable. 

Absolutely stunning dress! Size down for a hip hugging fit

I wore this dress to a black-tie fundraising event and got a ton of compliments. I wore it without a bra but used a few strips of fashion tape to keep things in place. The hips fit well but the top could have been tighter. If you wear a bra with this, it will need to be those stick-on under cup things because the deep V will show anything to your sternum. It was incredibly comfortable though and I had no issue dancing (fabric was kind of stretchy). I tried the XS but couldn't get it on over my hips. It was a really fun thing to wear and I'm glad I took a risk - I got so many compliments. 

Wore this to an “adult prom”. Tight in all the right places. Beautiful silhouette and hugged my curves. Usually would wear a medium but large fit better in this. 

I got compliments all night long on the dress! It fit just right, comfortable and snug and even held up “the girls” though I was a little worried, but it turned out perfect perfectly.  Highly recommend!! 

Took a chance on this one, definitely looks better in person.  I usually never wear strapless dresses but this actually held up. It was very fitted on me and I felt like I couldn’t dance as much as I wanted to, but it looked really good! Gives you great shape  

I got this dress as my backup, and it ended up being absolutely perfect for a formal winter wedding. The material was stretchy and comfortable, and the whole dress fit like a glove. I'm on the short side, but was able to wear 2" heels and avoid the dress dragging on the floor. The slit was a little higher than I'm used to and could be difficult to manage while sitting, but overall I truly loved this dress so much and was so sad to return it! Would definitely rent again.

Didn’t wear this one, only tried it on. Gave me Elvira on Valentines Day type vibes. Fits an hourglass shape nicely. Material itself was okay overall. 

The dress is gorgeous and I was getting compliments all night. I am curvy and it fit great. I did not feel constricted. The slit gives extra sassiness. 

This dress turned out to be a lot prettier than I thought it would. I wore it to a Santa party with my children and felt very flattering and beautiful in it. Perfect for a Christmas party!

I am 115 lbs, 32D. The dress size I wore here is a size small. It was a little loose around the chest area . The back up size was a xs and that was too tight and wouldn’t zip up to the chest area . It was perfect for a formal event like a gala and received a lot of compliments !!

I wasn’t able to wear this to my event since it didn’t come in time (thanks UPS) but I tried it on anyway and loved it! (Ignore my hair and dusty mirror lol) I got this as my back up option but would have worn it over my main rental. The medium was the perfect size and felt secure - if I were to dance all night in it, it likely would have stayed up. Definitely more of a revealing option so if you’re looking for a sexier option this is it!! Will be renting to actually wear again!! :)

I had to get help to zip the dress it was tight specially since I have a muscular back and I’m 36C but I made it work because I wanted this dress for a gala event. I feel like the L would have been maybe too loose or maybe just right (we will never know) but if you have a larger cup size and small waist I would try L. It was difficult getting it since is very popular. I used the RtR notification to alert me when my size became available and I was sooo excited. I got so many compliments, it is just stunning! Perfect for a fall gala or any formal event. It is a bit revealing and I feel like the v cut allows you some room for zipping it up. But you have to keep an eye so you don’t end up showing more cleavage than intended. The length is perfect, and it wraps around every curve; made me feel like a movie star! I’m a medium used a medium with the caveat I explained. But wow Dress the Population made this to make us look like Hollywood stars! 

The slit was high and since it’s fitted through the waste and hips you’ll need to be careful when doing stairs.  Thought I’d need double sided tape but danced all night and the ladies stayed in place.  So many compliments for a fall black tie wedding. 

It gave my rectangular body some curves. Works very well for small busts - no gaps, no tape. Wear a high heel. The slit really rides up when you’re sitting. Compliment city. 

Very comfortable fit and accentuates your curves.  Even works on those of us who aren’t top heavy

This dress was everything I’d hoped for and more. It was a little snug in the ribcage area but with high waisted shape wear I was able to make it work and it ended up being comfortable enough to wear bowling after the wedding 😂
