I love love love this piece. Our team at work wears blue blazers each day and this was a fun, kicky take on that. So many compliments, such a fun twist on classic tailoring. L'Agence just does it right. Cropped in my favorite way.  The fabric is thicker, not really for hot weather and doesn't breathe very well.  100% worth it, wore almost 10x throughout the month.

This is so cute and comfortable. It's more cropped than you realize and I ended up wearing it open with a tank top and jeans (not pictured!) to help with the length. I have a short torso so if you are tall it will be very cropped on you

This knit snap-up sweater was elegant and comfortable. I loved the deep royal blue color with light blue trim. Easy to dress up for work or relaxed for a quick day look. Highly recommend. 

L’agence is to cardigans what Veronica Beard is for blazers. They just make PERFECT cardigans. IMO this one looks better fully buttoned and worn as a top, because the shoulder pads give such beautiful structure to it but you can wear it as outerwear. If you’ve never worn this brand, you’ll never look at your other cardigans the same after. You’ll understand why it’s hundreds of dollars more than your typical sweater top. The design is just…chef’s kiss! I wish I would have gotten one size smaller but it it wasn’t available, so it is true to size. No gaping between the buttons either!

This was true to size, but cropped. As a petite person, I love the cropped look on me. For taller people, or if you have a longer torso, this might be too cropped for work. I wore this on a couple of work trips and considered buying. I probably would've cut out the padded shoulders if I bought but I don't think they are too noticeable (just not my style/preference). Overall, super classy, fun look to freshen up the work attire! Also note that this is pretty thick material so can get hot.

Material was thick and fell really well. I probably could have gone down a size, but loved it either way. Considered buying it. 

I thought this was so cute and just what I was looking for! I will say if you want to wear it closed or buttoned though def size up!

This cardigan was great for work! It was more of a scuba-like material vs a soft cardigan. 

Loved this as a work top, received so many compliments. Didn't have a hard time with the length paired with high waist trousers. Did not like the shoulder pads.

These are the best jackets! This is cropped. Size up if you have a larger bust.

This was so cute! I didn't find it to be too cropped -- I thought it was perfect for my normal high waisted jeans. 

Such beautiful quality and a great fit. Love the material! Went with the large to accommodate my bust because I wanted to wear it buttoned up and it was the right choice. 

The fit, the buttons, and overall structure are a total winner. Obsessed.

Sporty, professional and received lots of compliments - looks great with jeans or work slacks. Silver buttons snap - might be a little much for some. Versatile.

The colors were rich and the sweater is obviously a higher end piece. If I rent again I may  size up one size to fit a little less tight in the chest. 

Really crisp look for a very comfortable jacket. It has a lot of stretch. Definitely worth renting.

Enjoyed this jacket.  Paired with some high rise jeans so stomach wouldn’t show as it’s pretty cropped.  

This is super cute, business appropriate, but cool at the same time. 

Cute slightly cropped top. I wore with a tank underneath to avoid exposing my belly at work, but you could also do with higher waisted pants. I got a lot of compliments on this one and it felt very well made, high quality

Lovely jacket that I wore as a top. Usually size M and sized up to L because I don’t like things form fitting, and it fit just right. So I’d say it runs small! Nice thick material. 

This fits tts- I could have maybe gone with a small but the medium worked for me and that’s what was in stock. Came with tags still attached. This jacket is just my style. It’s fun and comfortable. There are shoulder pads that can easily be removed but I think they give it a nice structure. Material is soft and stretchy. Might have to keep this one! 

NWT. Think this is so cute. Love the brighter blue piping detail and the structure of the shirt, but it isn’t stiff. It has shoulder pads which are removable but I kind of like them!

Beautiful jacket, a bit formal due to the silver buttons and the tight knit so I combined it with my Anine Bing distressed denim. Removable shoulder pads in theory, but since they’re buttoned + sewn in, they can’t be removed. Don’t mind them at all though, they give the jacket a nice structure. Arms are long on me but they look nice rolled up. I was between renting a XS and S and I’m glad I went with the small. It fits exactly as it’s supposed to fit.

Obviously I wouldn't wear this with the shorts I have on in the pic, but the quality of this piece is outstanding and removable shoulder pads.  Challenging to make the crop work with high waisted pants 

Not my favorite but I liked it enough because it was a luxe look. I didn’t love the look of the silver buttons, felt odd. Wore a couple times but wasn’t sure what to pair it with. Super high quality and looks as expensive as it is. 

The colors and detail on this are great. It's a really comfortable knit but does have a more cropped fit. 

I found it very hard to style since it hit at my belly button and any movement of arms raised it even higher towards bra line.  My solution was to wear at home with comfy pants for a morning of Zoom calls.  No arm raising or quick movements required.  Fabric is very nice.  

Nice thick and stretchy fabric, vibrant color, comfortable, sleeves were short and cropped on me but I am very tall!
