I loved how bright and springlike this dress is! It definitely runs big, so I might recommend sizing down. Overall, I liked it so much that I purchased a size smaller and will be wearing it as a work dress from now on.

The fabric felt like a rain coat and didn’t breath. It was a cold evening but was sweating under the dress. 

Great dress it was nice and had a little stretch too! 

I work in a pretty formal environment so most of what I wear to work is a suit, wool, itchy, and uncomfortable. This dress is not only work appropriate and comfortable, but it's incredibly flattering. This fabric is unreal, it stretches but retains shape and isn't too heavy. I bought the black version of this dress from Of Mercer. It does run a little big, but my usual size looked more professional. I reach for this dress at least 1-2x a week and will buy every color they make. Full Stan. 

Oh, I loved this dress! The color was so bright and fun during a dreary winter. I wore it to a couple of holiday lunches/receptions for work (when I knew I would be around different people since the color is pretty memorable). The size 6 fit me like it was tailored for my body, and one of my favorite things... it had pockets! It also worked really well with tights. I will definitely try to rent it again. 

This dress is fitted around my back and boobs but does not quite come one enough at my waist and is big through the skirt area.  Will probably end up wearing a belt and it will be great for work.  Pretty color. 

The fit was a bit large but it worked for this dress. I did not love feel of fabric but the color stands out and i received a lot of compliments

Love love the color.  Very comfortable dress. Wish I would have gone down a size for a better fit 

Pros: Rented for work , color was cute, the fit was flattering, conservative, and had pockets ! Definitely size down. Dress has a zipper down the back, can be difficult to zip all the way up on your own.
Cons: material is very plastic-y and made me sweat and it trapped inside and got kinda stinky.  For that reason alone I would not recommend renting this dress. I was indoors in a moderate temperature and I'm not even a big sweater! By the end of the day I couldn't wait to unzip and shower. You've been warned : Only rent if you plan to wear for a few hours! Forget about a day to night transition unless you wanna reek up the place 

I was surprised when the RTR algorithm suggested to order a size 4 because I've been a size 6 in mostly everything else so far, so I ordered the size 6 too just in case (even though I hate doing that because it wastes a rental spot), but RTR was right – The 4 fit perfectly. I bought it.  Love the bracelet sleeve, the color, and the knee length. This dress is an office and meeting staple from now on! 

The A line allows more forgiveness for your hips and tummy!

Flattering, comfortable, and has pockets!

Loved the color and comfort of this dress.  It was only slightly large around the top for me. Loved the pleat on the side of the skirt. Would rent again. 

This dress LOOKS great, it fit perfectly for work.  But it is SO loud. It must be something about the material but it sounds like I’m walking around in swishy pants from the 90s! Otherwise I would love this dress, but be warned!

Dress was a slightly unusual material - slick and made noise when moving around, but the fit of the dress was great for my pear-shaped body. Just the right fit on top and generous enough on the bottom to accommodate my hips. 

I was so excited for this dress (and love Of Mercer) -- it's a perfect color and looks like a great work staple.  However, it turned out to be a dress of nightmares.  The fabric was ridiculously heavy; while it doesn't wrinkle, it felt almost like a piece of outerwear and not a fun/flirty dress.  The fit should work on my 5'10" hourglass frame but regrettably the waistline made it look like a maternity dress.  

This material was so odd, scuba-like but really constrictive, I could not even get it on. Very uncomfortable

This dress was selected in a flurry after my initial dress did not arrive. So grateful Rent the Runway has so many options available in store!

I ended up wearing this a lot. So comfy but looked clean and professional for work and translated to an evening out or weekend event. The color is beautiful and it fit like a glove. I got many compliments. Good with black boots or a wedge heal. Will rent again!

This dress is really flattering. The brand is specifically for work clothes that are professional yet cute, and this dress hits it out of the park. 

Great dress, really good for hourglass figures

Makes you look hourglass and skinny.  Super cute! And wear dressy to work or a wedding or event too.  Modest but very chic.

great material, fits well, LOVE THE POCKETS!

I loved this!! Originally rented just for one presentation at work, ended up wearing to 2 meetings and a work related holiday dinner. Material is heavy scuba-ish, very structured and holds its shape well. The pockets are fabulous, and the cut is great to hide anything you may want to hide in the hip area. 
I am tall, and it was a little short on me, but it was fine for my purposes.

Love the color. Fit great, you can dress it up with accessories. Bonus it has pockets!

But also cute so going to wear it for drinks this weekend! Fun color. Super flattering stretchy fabric. If you're between sizes, size down, but I don't think it runs as big as other reviewers. 

Great color. Several compliments. Fabric is nearly scuba-esqe. Super flattering higher waist concealed gut. Want to keep it. 

I've been curious about this brand for work basics and was really impressed by this dress. It was well made, had pockets, and was perfect for work. 

I love, love this dress so much. I previously rented a 12 and it was a bit big. The 10 is amazing. I am a 10/12 but typically wear a 12. 

Snug in the arms and chest but super flattering and good quality.

The fabric was a little weird for me - it was thick but had a plasticky feel, kind of like those table cloths you'd put over a picnic table. It also seemed too blahhhh for me, especially since I suck at accessorizing. Underwhelmed with this dress and I wouldn't rent it again.
