The fabric is on the heavier side and slims in all the right places. Reminds me of some Herve Leger bandage dresses that I have worn. Absolutely gorgeous. Note: this dress isn't for the busty. As noted in other reviews, it's cut narrow at the bust. There was no issues for me (smaller bust), but there was no way to wear a bra. The design is slightly low in the back too, so a regular bra would have shown. Thankfully the fabric was supportive and covering.

There was no way that I could even zip the 2R - it was so tight around my ribs. The 2R was also quite short. Even at a shorter height (5'3"), it barely grazed the ground. It would have looked odd if I opted for heels. It was the complete opposite for the 4R - *very* long and too wide around my bust. Of the two, I opted to wear the 4R and added a little more padding to my bra to make the fit more snug on the top. The color of the dress is beautiful!
