I rented this for a last minute funeral while out of town (no pics there). I almost didn’t rent this because of the reviews of the arms being tight but I did not have this problem. The size 6 was perfect on me, flattering, hit right at the knee, and I was warm (it was Winter), and the arms were comfortable. This dress is thick but has plenty of give. I fit into the size 4 but it hugged my curves in all the wrong ways (and then the arms were snug but still doable). Hope this helps!

Both the 42 (6) and the 44 (8) fit. The 42 was snug but I still could've worn it. I chose the 44 because I thought the slightly looser fit would not ride up throughout the night. I am 5'4" and the dress falls just above my knee. The dress is quite stretchy and forgiving yet a medium weight fabric so you do not see-through the leg gap. The only negative to the dress is that when you turn to the side the pleats in the front make your profile look like your belly sticks out a lot when it doesn't.

This dress had no reviews yet I took a chance on it and it worked out great! Here's all the things I wondered if it would work out... I fit into the 6, but it did not hug my hips nicely so I went with the 8 because I have curvy hips and it hung better. I'm 5'4" and the slit in the skirt came to just above my knee. The mesh slit in the chest was low as if it was a low cut blouse but without showing cleavage. I was able to wear a regular black demi cut bra with it and it was hidden fine. A win all around!
